Blomberg / Alverdissen, March 16th, 2008

The firefighters from Alverdissen marched out to a not common burning on Sunday. Accidentally a pedestrian discovered a furne progression through the gate windows in the equipment house of the fire department Alverdissen. He alerted the control center.

The arriving relief units were adjudged to wait for their colleagues from Barntrup.

With breathing protection they were able to rescue at least the vehicles and a part of the equipment.

Together with the firefighters from Blomberg and Extertal a flashover to a flat in the left part of the building could be prevented.

But the garage and the lounge were a robbery by the flames.

For the self-protection of the firefighters we marched out at 10 oclock with our little ambulance.

The end of the adoption was 15 oclock .
